This License Policy explains how licenses work for the Event Registration & Certificate Plugin and other Grupa Wilson Technology digital products.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using our plugin, you agree to the license terms outlined on this page.

License Activation

Website Usage

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or sales offer, one license is intended for use on one WordPress website.

If a customer wants to use the plugin on multiple websites, additional licenses may be required.

Grupa Wilson Technology may offer multi-site, agency, enterprise, or custom licenses in the future.

License Key Security

Customers are responsible for keeping their license key secure.

Customers must not:

• Transfer the license key without permission
• Upload the license key to public websites
• Include the license key in public code repositories
• Give the license key to unauthorized users

Grupa Wilson Technology may suspend or deactivate licenses that are shared, abused, copied, resold, or used in violation of this policy.

Plugin Updates

Customers with an active license may receive updates released during the license period.

• Bug fixes
• Security improvements
• Compatibility improvements
• User interface improvements
• Performance improvements
• Feature improvements where available

License Renewal

A yearly license may need to be renewed to continue receiving:

• Plugin updates
• Support
• Download access where applicable
• Future improvements
• License-related assistance

If the license is not renewed, the plugin may continue to work depending on the product settings, but support and updates may no longer be available.

Expired License

When a license expires:

• Support may end
• Future updates may no longer be available
• Download access may be restricted
• New feature updates may not be available
• License-related services may be limited

Customers may renew their license to restore access to updates and support.

License Deactivation

A license may be deactivated if:

• A refund is approved
• The license is used fraudulently
• The license is shared publicly

• Payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back

If a license is deactivated, the customer may lose access to support, updates, downloads, and activation services.

No Resale or Redistribution

Customers are not allowed to resell, redistribute, copy, share, or give away the plugin or license key without written permission from Grupa Wilson Technology.

Customers must not:

• Sell the plugin as their own product
• Upload the plugin ZIP to public download websites
• Share the plugin with unauthorized users
• Include the plugin in another paid package without permission
• Remove Grupa Wilson Technology branding or developer information
• Claim ownership of the plugin

No Unauthorized Modification for Resale

Customers may not modify the plugin and resell it as a new product.

Customers may not remove product identity, licensing protection, copyright notice, developer name, or Grupa Wilson branding for resale purposes.

Any customization request should be discussed directly with Grupa Wilson Technology.

Backup and Website Responsibility

Customers are responsible for managing their own WordPress websites.

Before installing or updating the plugin, customers should:

• Back up their website
• Keep WordPress updated
• Keep themes and plugins updated
• Use a reliable hosting provider
• Test updates where possible

Grupa Wilson Technology is not responsible for data loss caused by lack of backup, hosting failure, third-party conflicts, or customer misconfiguration.

Support and License Relationship

Support is available to customers with an active license according to the Grupa Wilson Technology Support Policy.

Support may include help with:

• License activation
• Installation guidance
• Product usage guidance
• Basic troubleshooting
• Update guidance
• Bug reporting

Support does not include custom development unless separately agreed.

Refund and License Deactivation

If a refund is approved under the Refund Policy:

• The license key may be deactivated
• Download access may be removed
• Support may end
• The customer must uninstall and stop using the plugin
• The customer must not continue using, sharing, copying, or reselling the product

A refunded license is no longer valid for use.

Intellectual Property

The Event Registration & Certificate Plugin and related materials remain the intellectual property of Grupa Wilson Technology.

This includes:

• Plugin code
• Design
• Documentation
• Branding
• License system
• Product structure
• Marketing materials

Purchasing a license gives the customer permission to use the plugin under the license terms. It does not transfer ownership of the product.

Prohibited Use

Customers must not use the plugin for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

Customers must not use the plugin to issue fake certificates, misleading certificates, fraudulent records, or certificates for events that did not take place.

Grupa Wilson Technology may deactivate a license if the plugin is used in a way that damages trust, violates law, or abuses the product.

Certificate Responsibility

The plugin provides tools for generating and verifying certificates.

The customer is responsible for:

• Ensuring participant records are accurate
• Ensuring event details are correct
• Ensuring certificate content is truthful
• Ensuring authorized signatures are used properly
• Ensuring certificates are issued only to qualified participants

Grupa Wilson Technology is not responsible for false, incorrect, unauthorized, or misleading certificates created by customers.

Transfer of License

A license may not be transferred to another person, business, or website without written approval from Grupa Wilson Technology.

If a customer changes website domain or ownership, they should contact support for guidance.

License Abuse

License abuse may include:

• Sharing one license across unauthorized websites
• Sharing license keys publicly
• Reselling the plugin without permission
• Using the plugin after refund
• Attempting to bypass license activation
• Tampering with licensing code
• Distributing modified or cracked versions

Changes to License Terms

Grupa Wilson Technology may update this License Policy from time to time to reflect product improvements, business changes, technical requirements, or legal requirements.
