Product Description

Payment

Refunds

Refund requests may be considered within the stated refund review period only where the request meets the refund conditions.

A refund will generally not be issued after the plugin has been successfully downloaded, installed, activated, and confirmed working, unless there is a verified product issue that cannot be resolved after support review.

Customer Responsibilities

• Issuing certificates only to qualified participants
• Ensuring that certificates are truthful and lawful

Grupa Wilson Technology is not responsible for false, incorrect, unauthorized, or misleading certificates created by customers.

Prohibited Use

Customers must not use the plugin or Grupa Wilson Technology services for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.

Customers must not:

• Create misleading certificate records
• Use the plugin for fraudulent activities
• Attempt to bypass license activation
• Modify licensing protection
• Distribute cracked or modified versions
• Resell or redistribute the plugin without permission

Grupa Wilson Technology may suspend or deactivate a license if the product is used in violation of these terms.

No Resale or Redistribution

Custom Development

Custom development, special integrations, special designs, installation assistance, private training, or advanced customization are not included in the standard plugin purchase.

Suspension or Termination
