QR verification does not work

  • Confirm the certificate was generated.
  • Confirm the certificate number exists in the system.
  • Confirm the website verification page is accessible.
  • Confirm the QR code points to the correct verification URL.

Countdown timer is not showing correctly

  • Check that the event date and time are correct.
  • Check your WordPress time zone settings.
